Who is Hubspoke, you ask….

8507561923_0b98a40e10_oSince my latest and, presumably, last posting on Veramark Technologies (here,) a software company that I invested in and that was acquired by Hubspoke Holdings in a privatization transaction in 2013, I have received a number of ex-channel questions about who the buyer is.

Up until today, I have answered these question in brief electronic mails, and, so far, I have had no complaints about the answers.

I could keep providing this public service, but since this is an experimental blog (read more about this in the About section,) I am going to try something else, so here we go…

As of today, you can buy my “Who is Hubspoke?” note for $25 by following these two simple steps:

  • Read the disclaimers and purchase terms, below. Then read them again. And, then read then again.
  • Pay using the PayPal button, below.

Disclaimers and Purchase Terms: These are the plain, no-nonsense English disclaimers and purchase terms related to your purchase of the “Who is Hubspoke?” note.

If you don’t fully understand and agree to the disclaimers and purchase terms, don’t purchase the “Who is Hubspoke?” note.

If you purchase the “Who is Hubspoke?” note, then you agree that your purchase is governed by these disclaimers and purchase terms.

Furthermore, if you purchase the “Who is Hubspoke?” note, then you agree that you will have no recourse if you are not satisfied with the purchased “Who is Hubspoke?” note.

If you purchase the “Who is Hubspoke?” note, you also agree that you purchase the “Who is Hubspoke?” note as-is and that no representation has been made to you about what the note is except that the note is an answer to the question of “Who is Hubspoke?,” with such answer being solely the seller’s opinion and entirely based on the seller’s belief and knowledge with such knowledge possibly being extremely limited.

Regardless of the disclaimers and purchase terms, by purchasing the “Who is Hubspoke?” note you agree that, should you somehow through legal or other measures either (1) seek a partial or complete refund for your purchase from the seller, or (2) wish to, for whatever reason, make a claim against the seller related to your purchase of the “Who is Hubspoke?” note, then such refund or any remedy that you may receive under a claim shall be limited to $10 and you shall be entirely responsible for any legal and court costs or any other costs that you may incur in the pursuit of such refund or claim.

Phew…. That’s a mouthful for sure. Anyway, if you don’t completely understand and completely agree to the above disclaimers and purchase terms, don’t purchase the “Who is Hubspoke?” note, and note that under the above disclaimers and purchase terms, a “Who is Hubspoke?” note may simply consist of one statement, such as “I don’t know who Hubspoke is,” may be materially incorrect, and may, in fact, not, at all, answer the question that is implied in the “Who is Hubspoke?” question, and, if so, you would have no recourse once you purchase the “Who is Hubspoke?” note.
